Meet Robin Manoogian

Wedding Minister & Visionary

With over 40 years of experience in the event world—including 14 years planning weddings and special events in New York City—Robin Leslie Manoogian is the heart and soul of Vallarta Vows. Her journey has always been guided by a passion for creating intimate, unforgettable ceremonies that celebrate love in its truest form.

Now based in Puerto Vallarta, Robin brings her East Coast expertise together with the beauty, warmth, and cultural richness of Mexico’s Pacific coast, where she founded her boutique wedding ministry. Rooted in deep spiritual beliefs and lifelong practices, her work is both grounded and soulful—an expression of her calling to create sacred space for couples from all walks of life.

Robin has personally officiated hundreds of weddings, vow renewals, and LGBTQ+ ceremonies, each with compassion, presence, and a deeply personal touch. Whether barefoot on the beach at sunset, aboard a sailboat, or tucked into a private villa, her calm energy, bilingual fluency, and intuitive guidance help couples feel seen, celebrated, and completely at ease.

What sets Robin apart is her belief that every ceremony is a living prayer—a chance to honor love, connection, and the promise of a new beginning. Her greatest joy is helping couples craft a moment that feels genuine, joyful, and forever cherished.
